The Overlay Series is a fully framed cabinet line that is available in either Standard Overlay or Full Overlay.

In Standard Overlay door styles, the face frame of the cabinet has a full reveal around the perimeter of the door and drawer. Standard Overlay construction has a ¾" clearance between the door and drawer front. This provides easy access without the need for door/drawer hardware.

Full Overlay utilizes the door and drawer front to cover the entire face frame, thereby creating a seamless appearance and producing a 1/4" reveal. Unlike Standard Overlay, surface hardware is required due to the limited space between the door and drawer front.

The StoneHearth Inset Series is available with either a square face frame or a beaded face frame and comes with optional barrel hinge or a fully concealed hinge. Please discuss any limitations due to hinge type or face frame options with your Authorized Mouser Custom Cabinetry Dealer.

Face Frame Cabinet Construction

Built on the same standards of high quality and craftsmanship, Mouser Custom Cabinetry offers two available cabinetry construction for the Overaly line; the Vintage construction and the WoodBridge construction.

Our WoodBridge Cabinet Construction is our premium line consisting of a face frame constructed all wood cabinet with a natural maple veneer interior. The entire cabinet face frame and case are of solid wood and select plywood veneers. WoodBridge cabinet ends are 5/8" thick 7-ply plywood, with a matching wood veneer on exposed ends.

The Vintage Construction Cabinetry is a high quality cabinet line constructed with solid wood face frames. It has an easy-clean maple wood grain vinyl interior on furniture grade engineered wood. The vinyl is treated with a scuff and mar resistant topcoat. Vintage cabinet ends are 5/8" thick 48 lb. medium density fiberboard, with a matching wood veneer on exposed ends.

The cabinet ends, backs and bottoms are constructed with rabbeted joints, glued and pinned together with no exposed nails or fasteners on the cabinets finished exterior surfaces. Both constructions receive dovetail drawers with standard Tandem Blumotion Full Extension Concealed Undermount slides.

All the cabinetry produced receives a Conversion Varnish finish, which consists of a series of tough catalyzed sealer and topcoat applications, oven cured for the ultimate in durability and appearance. Both constructions are available in standard overlay, full overlay and inset door styles.

The PRIZMA EuroStyle Series embodies the same exceptional quality standards, finish techniques, design flexibility and styling found in every Mouser Custom Cabinetry product. The customization options and the comparable price point to Mouser's Overlay Series enhance the appeal of this new full access product platform.

PRIZMA EuroStyle Cabinet Construction

PRIZMA Lace and PRIZMA NaturaLam Melamine Cabinets : PRIZMA Lace melamine interior option appears as an off white color with an intermittent linen-like finish, while the PRIZMA NaturaLam melamine interior appears as a Maple Natural finish.

PRIZMA WoodBridge Plywood Cabinets : All wood cabinet construction with a natural Maple/Birch veneer interior and stained cabinet exterior or a painted maple veneer interior with painted cabinet exterior.

All the cabinetry produced receives a Conversion Varnish finish, which consists of a series of tough catalyzed sealer and topcoat applications, oven cured for the ultimate in durability and appearance.
