Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors and prioritizes workload to ensure timely completion of quotes.
- Trains and counsels Associates as needed to ensure accurate and timely completion of assignments.
- Prepares and executes evaluations of Associate’s job performance.
- Coordinates with other work groups members to ensure workflow meets production demands.
- Establish and update job instructions, training information, and memos related to quotes and special order merchandise.
- Appraises cabinet layouts, specifications, and proposals to ascertain time, cost and labor estimates.
- Reviews information to determine labor and material requirements.
- Keep track of repetitive quotes for future inclusion in the Mouser catalog.
- Willingness to take part in additional training and accept new assignments as required.
- Order Conestoga and USCF doors.
- Check purchase orders from Conestoga and USFC as prepared by the Purchasing Department.
- Give technical assistance to both internal and external customers.
- Development and revision of the Mouser Custom Cabinetry price and specification catalog.
- Assist in dealer trainings as needed.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Mouser pricing structure, material requirements, restrictions/limitations, and abilities.
- Knowledge of computer applications using “Windows”. Emphasis on Word and Excel.
- Excellent mathematics skills.
- Knowledgeable in Mouser nomenclature and overall flow of orders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and coordinate and prioritize workload to ensure completion within established time frames.
- Ability to seek out and analyze any or all information in job folders or reference manuals to ensure orders have proper notations as required.
- Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and calmly under time pressured deadlines and fluctuating workloads.
- Ability to maintain and encourage a team atmosphere between all areas.
- Ability to prepare and check purchase orders for Conestoga and USFC door orders.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Manual drafting or AutoCAD knowledge is required. Previous cabinetry and supervisory experience is preferred. Numerous classes relating to mathematical theories is preferred.
